The service includes all of this:-
- Your divorce process being conducted by your personal matrimonial solicitor
- Free initial consultation relating to all aspects of your divorce
- All Court forms completed for you by a qualified solicitor and filed at Court on your behalf
- Free advice relating to all aspects of your uncontested divorce including children and financial matters
- We send you the free questionaire for completion and return
- Letter to send you completed Petition and Statement of Arrangements for Children for approval
- We send your spouse the approved forms and seek agreement to the uncontested process
- We accept corrospondence from spouse simply agreeing to uncomplicated and uncontested divorce
- Sending letter and forms to Court with approved forms for issue - plus notice letter to report when sent
- Accept issued proceedings from Court and provide notice of this to you
- Recieve Ackowledgement of Service from the Court
- Prepare Affidavit in support and deliver to you to swear and return
- Recieve sworn Affidavit and send to Court with application for Decree Nisi - plus notice letter to report
- Accept Notice of Date of Decree Nisi - provide notice of this date to you
- Accept Decree Nisi and send copy to you with request to apply for Decree Absolute
- Recieve permission to apply for Decree Absolute - make application - plus notice letter to report when sent
- Accept Decree Absolute - and send to you thus ending the marriage
